DocFlow provides online PDF tools including but not limited to:
- PDF conversion (to/from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images)
- PDF merging and splitting
- PDF compression and optimization
- PDF protection and security features
- Document editing and manipulation tools
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our service to distribute malware or spam
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
5. File Upload and Processing
- You retain ownership of files you upload
- Files are processed temporarily and deleted within 24 hours
- Maximum file size limits apply (varies by account type)
- We reserve the right to refuse processing of certain file types
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process files
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
6.1 Free Account
- Limited to 3 conversions per day
- Basic features only
- Standard processing speed
6.2 Pro Account
- Unlimited conversions
- Access to all premium features
- Priority processing
- Monthly or annual billing options
6.3 Payment and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds available within 30 days of purchase
- No refunds for partial months of service
7. Intellectual Property
DocFlow and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works based on our service

9. Service Availability
